squealing noise

I have an 03 club car and when i go to take off there is a squealing noise and the cart wont move. sometimes if i step on the gas very slowly, the cart will move but the condition is getting worse. I tuned it up and replaced both belts last year when i bought it. I didnt drive it much last year( maybe 10 weekends in the spring/summer). Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. thanks

It sounds like the starter generator belt is slipping. Check and make sure it's tight.
