Squeaks and Creeps!

Hello guys,
Any easy solutions on howto quiet up some noisy leaf spring bushings that sweaks and creeps? It sounds like they're too tight or they are dry. What can be done?

Replace with polyurethane bushings or use a teflon spray. The noise also could be coming from the springs if they are multi-leaf.
