Solenoid on Club Car DS Continuous Click and Won’t Run

Ok so this thing has been a pain and I haven’t seen any forums with the same issue. It’s an 07 club car ds 48v with the rocker fnd switch . It randomly stopped running one day. Since then it’s gotten a new d&d motor, new navitas 440 controller , new solenoid, new mcor, new fnr switch. I’ve been through trouble shooting with navitas with no help. When you push the pedal the solenoid just clicks continuously with no movement and disconnects the navitas app. We went through everything they could thing of with a multimeter and found nothing. Tested the tow run switch , everything on the app shows good until you press the accelerator. Im completely lost on where to go next. They suggested replacing the entire wiring harness but I’m tired of dumping money into this thing without knowing the actual issue.

Well you're losing voltage so you need to figure out where that is dropping out

We checked voltage everywhere just couldn’t figure out why it’s only dropping then. Is the harness a good idea to replace?

You're losing voltage cuz you're trying to put a load on it anything is possible. I thought you were tired of just replacing parts

I am lol. But once the accelerator is pushed it shuts off and just the solenoid clicks so can’t check voltage which the accelerator pushed. Everything shows good until it’s pushed

Put your meter on the battery pack step on the pedal if it drops off you've got a bad battery

Why do I care if they're brand new batteries did you do the test and what were the results don't skip steps

Yes I did the test, and they’ve been load tested. I can send the results when I get home . But they were all individually tested also

So how did individually testing the batteries test the wires that connect the batterys I'm about two steps from being done

I AGREEWITH DIODE! You have a voltage drop somewhere . What is the pack voltage before and when gas pedal depressed?

Let me find someone to push the pedal while I’m checking underneath . Without pushing pedal the voltage is the same

Yes there is. Sorry I just realized I had the multimeter on hold when I checked. Gonna check again shortly . I just don’t have anyone to push the pedal while I’m under it .

When did the solenoid start chattering after the controller replacement or solenoid replacement
