I add the Jakes 6 inch spindel lift to my 2003 TXT ez go and the front seems to jump around is there a aftermarket shock that i should use or is this normal. It is most noticable on the start. what about rear spacers are they needed other than looks and if so who do you recomend. Thanks for any help on this.

Not sure what you mean by the front jumping around? If the stock shocks are good they should work fine. Did you set the toe in after you installed the lift. The rear "spacers" blocks lift the back of the cart to match the height of the front. The blocks for the rear should have come with the lift...

I did not set the toe in. I was asking about the wheel rear wheel spacers to set the tires in line with the front. The jake lift extend the front wheels by approx. 2 inches. The shocks are factory but more than likely worn. I would guess an aftermarket shock would be to stout for the cart????? say one from an automotive parts house.

I'd start with setting the tow in to 1/8". The rear wheel spacers aren't needed but they will help with making the cart more stable while turning. I've never used the spacers on any of my own carts and never had any problems. As far as the shocks go a lot of guys use auto shocks. You'd have to go to a auto parts store and have them match them up for you. Or you could replace them with new stock EZGO shocks. New EZGO shocks should work fine...
