Shadow Lakes Wilmington Illinois

I went out to our place at Shadow Lakes in Wilmington Illinois Monday to clean up and get ready for Memorial Weekend. They have a Flea Market Saturday and the two local golf cart dealers will be there. One is a Club Car Dealer and the Other is a EZGO Dealer. I'm thinking about buying a new cart if I can beat them up a little on prices.

Here's a couple of pictures from last Saturday out at Shadow Lakes. I'll be heading out there this Saturday to shut the water off and clean up more leaves.

Looks like a nice and enjoyable area to unwind on the weekends.

Yes it's nice and the best part is I can be there in 45 minutes.

That is the key to having a weekend getaway spot, not having to spend a lot of travel time getting to and from.
