I would like to get my 07 Club Car Precedent set to fastest top speed which I think is about 19.7 MPH. Will I lose a lot of low end torque? I am presently set at about 15.6 MPH. Also can I just bring the OBC( if it is easy to remove) to have it reset or do I have to haul the whole cart to the dealer?

you can reset the OBC yourself if you want but i think you need to take the cart to the dealer to get the speed 4 and it cost 100 to 150 or something like that. if your gonna have that done than just have them reset the OBC. the OBC has to be in the cart to have it reset and it does nothing for speed so you know it only controls charging issues.
