Schematic for Total Charge II

Does anyone have a schematic for the Total Charge II charger? The breaker trips as soon as I try to plug it into the batteries.

Welcome to the forum.

I don't have a diagram for a Total Charge II but usually if the breaker on the charger trips as soon as you plug the charger into the cart it's one or both of the diodes are bad on the heat sink inside the charger.

Thanks for the information. That is what I suspected, but the diodes check good with a meter. I suspect that they are breaking down under load.
