Same G2 Cart with the Sheared Flywheel Key Below - Aug 23rd

The same G2 cart with the sheared flywheel key below now shoots sparks from the engine block to the shift cables welding the cable to the sheath. Any ideas? I added a ground strap from the batt. to the frame so far.

I've added cables to run from the block and frame to the negative battery post. Still shooting sparks like a
Roman Candle.
