Ruff N Tuff Motor Runs But Golf Cart Doesn't Move

I have a Ruff N Tuff electric golf cart and the other day while driving it, it stopped. The batteries are fully charged and the connections are all good. The motor runs, but the golf cart doesn't move. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have no experience on them but I'm guessing that Ruff N Tuff is just another Chinese Ezgo knock-off cart.
If that is the case the Ezgo uses a splined rear axle to brake drum to transfer power from the axle to the wheel.
On Ezgo carts these are known for stripping out mainly from not enough torque on the castle nut.
If the Ruff N Tuff is built to emulate the Ezgo, I would check that area first.
