Royal EV Adding 12v Warning Light

We have a Royal EV 6 seater at our church. I have been tasked with adding a 12 volt Whelen warning light to the top for visibility in the parking area.

My question is what is the best way to wire? I'm attaching a picture of what I suspect is the converter that reduces power down to 12v. Would I add the wiring for it from this?

yes absolutely from the converter Not the battery
