NICE Keith!! Isn't yours going to wrap around the front also and cover the cowl area? How much extra weight will that add to your hauler and will it make a difference in stability once it is installed with your 26's?

I'm wanting rollcages for all my carts. My opinion is they should be standard equipment on any lifted golf cart. I want to make sure that they will not effect the stability though. These carts are so easily rolled if not lifted correctly and suspension is not setup properly. Adding a lot of weight up top could really cause some problems also. I really like Keyguy's rollcage. It is aluminum (if I remember correctly), light, but very strong. Keith's rollcage more than likely will be something I will look into with my carts with the exception of the front cowl wrap in the design he posted at another site.

The tubing weighs 2 pounds per ft and I will use prob 40 ft.

In my opinion if your cart cant maintain 80pounds at the higherst point it needs more than a cage. Also factor in weigh distrobution of the cage

I'm not worried about rolling it due to stability.

If you were at the bonanza you know this rig has the stiffest springs ever and doesnt articulate so thats why im gettin new shocks.

Aluminum is gay bottom line. You cant hardly weld anything to it and its more expensive and only weighs .3 pounds less per ft

in other words it would be like 10 pounds lighter

Keith, you don't like shiney?? I think you should cover prohauler with aluminum foil! Give it that rough shiney look.

If it's anodized aluminum than it will hold paint fine. The aluminum that is used in screen frames are anodized and are powder coated. The finish lasts a a lifetime.

yeah but now you are just bumping the price even more

its being built for 350 that includes everything and it will be 1.75 inch .120 wall HREW steel tubing

not as strong as DOM but its half the price and will still easyily hold up to a 40mph roll.

you cant even buy one from www.golfcarcatalog.com for under 450 and its not nearly as intricate as mine.

It will be like none other on ANY golf cart forum
