Right Front Tire Rubs

I put on new tires and the right front tire rubs the backside of the floorboard on a hard right turn. The steering wheel doesn't want to return. I've done the toe-in adjustment, checked for excessive wear and bent parts. Help.

What year and model is the golf cart? What size tires did you put on it? Is the golf cart lifted or stock suspension?

The 205x50x10 tires shouldn't rub unless it's something to do with the wheel offset. It could also be a weak front spring causing the tires to rub. Did you have any rubbing with the stock tires and wheels?

No, I had 205x50x10 tires on it before, tires were worn though. I have re-adjusted the camber/castor, no help.
