I was hooking a 12V accessory jack for my phone charger and I may have shorted a hot wire on the key switch with my test light. Anyway the cart now only runs in reverse even if I unplug all of the Forward/Reverse switch wires. I am thinking I burned the controller box as I know from past experience they are very sensitive. Anyone ever heard of this type of problem?

PDS controllers don't take shorts or arcs very well. If it's not the forward and reverse switch it's probably the controller. Make sure you have the run tow switch in the tow position when ever your working on the cart...
