Refreshing site ?

How come i can't hit f5 and refresh this site? How come i have to bang away on the f5 key to get it all back to 0 and all the new posts. Nature of the beast? If it is it sucks. I will admit i am not a computer expert.

I'm not sure why F5 isn't working for you. You can also click mark all posts.

I use the new posts link and look for the orange marker in front of the subjects. If its not there I already read the post.

If you click the orange button it will take you to the last unread post in the thread...
