Rear Springs Replacement on a EZGO Marathon

Will my 1990 EZGO Marathon take replacement rear leaf springs?

Marathon's never had rear leaf springs, coils only.

Are Your springs weak or do you have a rear seat?

I am putting on a rear seat and was worried about the additional weight of the seat and two more people. Wanted to beef up rear suspension.

I believe 1992 was the first year they used leaf springs with the 4 stroke motor. You may be able to find some heavier coil springs somewhere.
