rear leaf spring

the rear leaf spring on my ez-go has pushed back for some reason and pushed the hanger up.
i can push the hanger down with a bar but it will not stay. I am new to golf carts, and i need information on how to fix this problem.

No, it was this way when i traded for it. are the spring hangers fixed, or do they pivot when the spring moves?

The front mounts are fixed. The rears pivot on a shackle between the spring and a fixed mount.
