Rear Differential Service on 2002 Precedent?

Looking for direction on what is probably a simple task---changing rear axle oil on my 2002 Club Car. How often should this be done. Also, what weight/type oil should I be using?

1) Precedents weren't manufactured until 2004
2) Check every year, change the oil every 5 years.
3) The transaxle holds 22 oz. (0.67 liters), use SAE 30 WT. API Class SE, SF, or SG Oil (or higher)

Thanks...are there two removable bolts---one to check the level and one above it to fill?
