Questions About My Gas Golf Cart

I have a couple of questions about my 2004 gas golf cart. First question is how can I turn it into a keyed ignition? Second question is how can i get more top speed out of it? It does have a Kawasaki motor, but not sure on the size. any help would be greatly apperciated.

If your wanting the cart to start with the key and not the go pedal there's a kit you can buy to accomplish that. As far as speed goes you can adjust or zip tie the the governor to gain some top speed.
