Question About Allsports Lift Kit for DS

Installed this lift last week. Seems like it steers a little tight when going straight. I have it set tires flat and o toe. This is the second one i have installed, put one one for my buddy, he has 22 mud busters, so less rubber on the ground then i have with the alltrails. I also have 1 in spacers all the way around he has them only on the rear. Thinking i should change the camber and a little toe in. What do you think?

The spacers will make it a bit tougher to steer. Don't change the toe. You can play with the camber, but don't know if it'll help. Try lubricating the heim/ball joints with WD40 or similar stuff. They are very tight when new. We changed to teflon lined joints about a month or so ago. They are maintanance free, but are tight as all get up when 1st installed. The SS should steer easier than OE, even with the spacers. The harder you use the lift, the faster it will break in.

Thanks. I noticed my friends lift steered great, mine was stiff. Don't have much run time on it. I will lube them up and get some run time on it. I ordered it from Golf Carts Plus in Belleville a couple weeks ago, local dealer. I think you know Kim.

John and Kim are great folks... Your friend probably has the steel joints. They break in faster, but require minor maintenance. Any problems at all, hunt me down..
