Problems with my G1

hey everyone.. i just have a quick question, i can get the relay to click over for forward and reverse when i hit the gas pedal, but there is no belt turning what so ever, anyone think they know a solution to that? i should let you know thati just picked it up today... new battery and everything, i havent really taken a deep look at it, so any help before i work on it tomorow will help thanks
