Precedent Wiring Diagram - Non Technical

I have quite a few cut wires under the dash and in the battery compartment. I have a surprising number of crimped splices. I have a worrying number of wires that are just cut. I have an even more surprising number of small gauge (14, 16?) under the dash and in the battery compartment. Is there a wiring diagram showing what I should find on the cart? One that just shows wire bundles, where they go, and where the connectors are? There's nothing aftermarket on my cart, but it looks like someone has done a hack job adding tons of wiring.

I have a solid answer, though not complete. under the dash is a 12 pin connector (10 pins are active). This is the lighting harness. Why it needs so many wires is beyond me, but it works... thankfully the light kit had good instructions. My light kit connects to this and the turn signal stalk plugs into a 9 pin connector (8 active), along with several unused wires. That makes up the majority of the unknowns. There's another harness under there that goes to the key, battery light, and diagnostic port(?).
 
Look at section 12 of the attached manual. There were 2 designs that year. You have either an IQ system with the black 1510 controller with the first 2 symbols of your serial as PQ or if you have the excel system you will have the white 1515 controller with the first 2 symbols of your serial as PE. Both systems and the lighting circuit are covered in this manual. Download it and save it.
