A1268 is a Curtis controller the xct that replaces the 1268 has an additional wiring harness that will make it easier to replace the existing controller

Just ordered my ALLTRAX XCT 48400 1268 Replacement Motor Controller. Been trying to contact Matt for wire diagram but can’t get him to call me back. If anyone have the XCT 48400 controller wire diagram for Polaris Breeze please please send it to me @ [email protected]

Alltrax will not have Breeze schematics you will need the 1268 schematic and polaris schematic

You have to eliminate the TIM module, find the Throttle sensor wiring under the cart and cut, solder, heat shrink 3 new wires to run to new controller.

I have done everything possible even took it to a shop and we can’t figure out how to rewire my Alltrax controller to my 2010 Polaris Breeze Golf Cart. If anyone know of someone who can work on it around SC area Please contact me at [email protected]. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Also did you have the controller programed for 0-5000 ohm throttle? Do you have the 26 pin connector for controller? And finally do you have a wiring diagram? This is a big job as i have done one of these and it takes time to trace out each wire that is needed for all the inputs and outputs.

Okay thanks, I purchased it from dealer in NC. I will reach out to them for assistance, it’s just been hard with COVID-19. No one is working a regular schedule, but I want to thank everyone on this forum for all of the support and help. God bless you all.
