Polaris Breeze

Anyone have a wiring diagram for a 2010 Polaris breeze. I installed new batteries in cart , customer picked up cart next day , took it home and unloaded it. Next day it would not move. Sevcon controller light blinks 4 times, all i can find out is it is a contactor code. Any info would help !

I searched but couldn't find a wiring diagram for a Polaris Breeze. I did find a owners manual but it didn't have a wiring diagram and the troubleshooting section is useless.

You'll probably have to buy the Polaris Breeze parts from a Polaris dealer.

I tried, part has been discontinued. So no one has it. Searching the web with no luck either

I had to replace the sevcon with a alltrax, did away with the TIM

Been about a year so if i remember you have sepex motor. Call matt at alltrax and he can tell you which controller you need. he can email you a wiring diagram , just follow it . the tps sensor on the gas pedal was the only thing i needed help with. Matt talked me thru it. But you cut that TIM out completely, don't need it. You can use all the wiring right at the controller except for the tps, you have to run new 3 new wires. Cart ran fine in fact i think i upgraded the amps because the customers cart converts to a 4 passenger.

Thinking about ordering ALLTRAX Controller but will it work on my Polaris Breeze 48 Electric

Any controller will work none of them will be Plug and Play other than an OEM replacement

If it is a 4 passenger get at least a XCT48400 , also you will need to get the connector or the controller. Alltrax has them.

You need the 12 68 replacement controller that Alltrax sells that comes with a short harness that you can cut one end off of

What all will I need beside the 1268-1264 Replacement? And which one would be best 400 or 500 AMP?

I thought the 1268 was replaced by the XCT? What is the difference besides pin configuration?
