Polaris Breeze Too Slow!

Hi, I posted this in another thread but realized it was an old thread and probably won't get a response so I thought I would start another new post!

I am helping a neighbor try to fix his 2010 Polaris Breeze. Everything seems to work fine, but the speed is limited to about 10 miles per hour. The green LED on the controller is steady with no flash codes and the batteries all passed a load test. Here are some of the numbers on the control box...

Customer No: 2411638
Type: Millipak HP Regen
part: 633T45323
serial: 2010024293

I have read in different websites that there are different power modes, Limp modes, economy modes, but that is all they mention. They don't mention how to access the different modes and I see no place that these can be activated. The only thing I have found is a wire that you can "reverse" to "reflash enable" but have found no explanation about this anywhere!

It seems there is very little info and very few parts available as they seem to have made these for only a couple of years.

This is a friends cart and could really use help to figure this out!
Thanks!

I guess this really must be an oddball cart if no one has any info! I think I've narrowed it down to the TIM's module but they are not made anymore. Has anyone reverse engineered these yet to get all the broken carts going again?

Thanks for the reply Diode! Let me know if you remember any info on eliminating the TIM's! ...and thanks for the wiring diagram!

Any luck find information on this cart, I have a 2010 and need a windshield but can't find any info on this unicorn cart

I haven't. The owner of the cart went back north for the summer so I've given up on it til he gets back!
I've spent 24 hours figuring out what to do and ultimately I've called Alltrax and realized you need a new controller. The model they said to go with is XCT48500G19. Technically it is for a Yamaha but it works with this motor. You have to then attach the wires two a 1268 adapter and plug it into a male 24 pin molex adapter which is connected to the wires from the cart. I have not yet done this but this is my 24 hours of research. If you call Alltrax they are extremely helpful.

I believe the Polaris Breeze was made starting in 2010 going to mid 2011. Polaris bought GEM in 2011 so that is likely why they killed the Breeze after such a short production run, they must have decided they didn't need to sell two different models of golf cart and just stuck with the model that had already been established for over 10 years rather than put more effort into their new design.
