I'm not sure if I'm in the right place, but here goes. I recently aquired what I think is a vintage golf cart but I have no idea what it is. I would like to know the make, model, year, voltage, and value. I connected one 12v battery to it and it does run, but it would only move about 1 MPH, perhaps it needs more voltage, like 2, 3, or 4 batteries. It is a 3 wheeler, one seater, with straight handlebars similar to a bicycle. I would like to restore it if you guys think it is a worthwhile project. Any info you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I would like to post pics but I don't know how to do it. Please help. Thanks

Welcome to the forum...

We're going to need pics of the cart for starters. Chances are it's a 36 volt system that should have six 6 volt batteries.
You can upload the pics or use the IMG tags.

Hi' welcome to the forum. if it a single seater ti may be a 24volt shop cart . most were made with diamond plate steel. do you have enough space for 2 or 4 or 6 batteries? that will help determine the voltage. hope this helps. o.c.f.

kinda sounds like a cushman minute miser to me..and does anyone have a wiring diagram for it? If it is a minute miser its likely 24v and takes 4 batteries.
