piston size

i need to find out if my piston is the original size or if its been over sized. i took the old one off and all i can see on it is a D. does this mean its the original? thank you.

It should be stamped on the piston. If it's 30 over it would have .030 etc. stamed on it. I'm not sure what the D is for...
