Overheating?

Hello, my cart runs great for about 9 holes or so, then it dies. Once it sits for 20-30 minutes it works fine, What would cause this to happen? Any help would be great, Thanks.

It really sounds like it could be a heat related electronic issue since it repeats like that. When was the last time it had a full turn up? Is the spark solid state on your cart?

I just gave it a tune upa little while ago, as far as the spark I'm not sure. I'm not much of a mechanic.

Was it dying after 9 holes before?

Every time I've used the cart it has always died and worked great after a little breather. I replaced the battery because it was old, hoping that might do the trick, and it worked great at the course for 9 holes. Then I drove it home[uphill, about 3/4 of a mile] and it would'nt move after I stopped it for about a half hour. It's always done this.

Next time it stops running you need to check if your getting spark and gas.
