overcharging

Hello,
I have a Lestor charger that is not automatic. How can I be sure not to overcharge my new batteries?
Anyone?

That's a tough one to answer because different discharge rates require different charging times. If you run the pack down to 30-50% charge 12 hours should be fine. I would say 6 hours if the pack has more than 50% charge. There's a percentage chart here on the forum that should give you a basic idea to what percentage the discharge is on your batteries...
