On board compuer reset

I recently put all new batteries in my '97 club car. I bought it used last year and it ran great up until a couple of weeks ago when I had a battery short out, so I replaced all of them. When I went to charge my new batteries after running them down, they would not charge (the charger meter stayed at zero when I plugged it in). After going through the forums trying to figure out what the problem was, I decided to try and reset the OBC by following the instructions in the resources forum. However, my cart does not have a "tow/run" switch. Does this affect how I reset the OBC?

How low is the total voltage of the battery pack? It may be to low to turn the charger on. Double check that the batteries are wired correctly.

Batteries are wired correctly. Will check total voltage this weekend. Cart is at our weekend place. Can I reset the OBC eventhough I do not have a "run/tow" switch? Thanks for the help.

Reset did not work. I took the cart into the experts and they confirmed the OBC had failed and needed to be replaced. They installed a new OBC and the cart is running and charging like new. Thanks for the help HotRod.
