Ok buy?

Have a lead on two 90-something G9s. Both two seaters, four stroke. Don't know which engine, but they both are in or near running condition. One was blowing oil into the airbox and the other runs but its really down on power. $900 for both.

I've been looking for a project and these seem to hit the nail on the head.

Thought?

If they're in good shape I'd say that's a good deal...

Without knowing anything else about the carts, I'm just thinking here.

The one blowing oil, replace PCV valve?

The one down on power - hone the cylinders and put in new rings?


Is that at least a good place to start?

It's hard to say without knowing more about the carts. It could be as simple as needing the valves adjusted, or the rings may be shot. Either way the carts are worth the price you posted if they're in decent condition.
