how do you reset the obc on a 99cc?

Does a '99 have a RUN/TOW switch? If so, check

no run-tow switch that i can find

unhook the main + and - from your batteries turn the key on and put the cart in reverse until the reverse beeper stops. wait a few minutes turn the key off and hook the cables back up
