Resetting Club Car OBC

See the above link...it is describes a problem I had almost a year ago on a cart I ended up buying.

Last November I replaced the OBC and it has worked fine until last week. It started not responding when the go pedal was pressed, but would eventually start after a press or two and run fine. Every so often it would have an "episode", but after a press or two, it would begin running. On Saturday, it stopped and hasn't run since. I checked battery cables, cleaned up a little corrosion, topped off the battery water, put a good charge on the batteries, but it will not move. The only sound it makes is one click when the go pedal is pressed. I tried the OBC reset procedure described in the above thread, but it didn't help. I have not tried to jump the OBC. I seem to recall not being able to figure that out last year, but I haven't looked this year.

Is there something it could be other than the OBC? If it is the OBC, any clue on why it would blow less than a year after install?

The cart is a 99, but I'm not sure the model. I believe we determined it was a DS in the thread referenced above.

Thanks for the help!

all the OBC does is control the charging of the batteries.
from what you discribed you have a control problem. I/E
M-cor, v-glide, soleniod.

Ok...thanks. I had a controller of some sort (repair invoice just said "controller") replaced when I had the OBC replaced last year. I've spoken with the repair shop and the good news is, the parts have a one-year warranty if it's the same thing. I'm taking it to the shop today, and I'll let yall know what it ends up being.
