See my previous entry. I believe we must have a blown seal if not a blown engine. As I mentioned, a few weeks ago I noticed a little white smoke when the cart accelerated. Then after sitting unused for a few days I started it and it looked like a clown car in the circus blowing a thick cloud that covered the field. It still starts and runs. I cleaned the carb but no improvement. Any suggestions how to approach this problem.

I'm not sure of the year. Relatively late model I'd think. like 2001 or 2002.
I took the carb apart, cleaned it and put it all back together. Changed the oil which appeared to have gas in it. (flushed it twice) The cart actually runs. Just incredbile amount of white smoke. i only ran it a few minutes but it seemed to run pretty good. I was afraid to actually drive it. I just ran it in place.

Make sure your not getting gas in the oil still. That could be what took the rings out...
