could be the reagan solenoid going bad..........also keep in mind that new batts are only approx. 80% so you have to break them in .....................10 to 12 complete charge cycles thats very important that you break them in right otherwise

...........................what brand batteries did you buy and you did buy 8 volt batteries and not 6 volt? 8 volt will have 4 water fill holes per batt..............6 volt will have 3 water fill holes per battery so double check that because you won,t beleive how many people don,t pay attention to it, the cart only runs 1/2 speed in reverse so you do have an issue...............................let us know......................................

look for a tag on the dash & the first 2 numbers on the tag is the yr it was made. go to buggiesunlimited.com & they have good info on finding the tag for your cart & how to find the yr etc.

well if it has 1 solenoid its not a reagan cart.........if batts are brand new you have to break them in.............10 to 12 or so complete charge cycles......once charger is on leave it go till it shuts off by itself..........new batts are about 80% and you will notice a difference when they are broke in............one more thing.......what brand did you buy? and are you sure they gave you 8 volt batts and not 6 volt? i can,t tell you how many times we have seen a place sell someone the wrong batts. for their cart.......................................
