No Spark

Hey Guys, I'm a newbie and just got a '95 Club Car Gas cart. The cart will not start and I think I've narrowed the problem down. The spark plug is not getting any juice to produce the necessary spark (the spark plug itself is okay). Are there any common problems that lead to this (such as a bad wire or something)? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

After reading other posts in this forum, I tracked the problem down to the limiter and ignitor. We now have a spark.
