No reverse on 1987 ezgo

Hi I got this 1987 ezgo textron cart when i put it in forward it clicks and gos but when put in reverse no click and no go. All wire and cable are clean and secured. over 6 v in each battery 37.2v in all. Whats my problem please?

Take a look at the cable connections, contacts and micro switches on the forward and reverse switch.

Where are the contacts from themicro switches? Do I need to remove the forward/reverse switch? One more question please, Where can i find (buy) a service manual for this 1987 ezgo cart? Thanks

Yes, the micro switches are on the F&R switch. The reverse micro switch should have 2 wires running to it from the pot box for the half speed reverse. While you have switch out, take it apart by removing the nut on the back side and sliding apart and clean or replace the contacts.
