No Forward or Reverse on EZGO Medalist

NEED HELP! New here and no nothing about carts, I have a 95 Medalist, was a working golf cart but melted F/R switch, so I replaced worked for 2 weeks melted again, did some troubleshooting and decided just to replace everything. Motor, solenoid, f/r switch, battery cables and added voltage reducer for accessories. Took pictures labeled wires and made wiring diagram to cross reference from. Now no Forward or Reverse! Solenoid is good voltage on both sides, less on one side until it closes than get full battery voltage. I have a Curtis 1205m controller and this is where I think the issue lies but cannot find any documentation about exactly what I need to have on the 4 lugs and I’m unsure of the pin harness wiring from old controller to new one ( black, red, white, orange ) are the colors on the harness. Can send pics and vid’s if need be or can talk on phone. Also does anyone know if the 1205m Curtis controllers need to be programmed or are they preprogrammed?
 
Not sure of correct color code for J1,J2,J3 and J5. Have black, white, red and orange, can’t find any documentation, also do these come pre programmed?
 
Literally re checked everything today double check wiring based off the diagram that I found on here, everything seems to be ok, but still no movement. What am I missing?
