New Owner Required Build Thread - 1995 Club Car Carryall 1

I have a 1995 Club Car Carryall 1 with the Kawasaki fe290 4 cycle motor. My parents have owned this since new and gifted it to me in the fall of 2021. They have garage kept and maintained it professionally throughout its life as a farm-hand in the low-country of South Carolina. Now it belongs to me where, God willing, it will do triple duty as a "Hauler of Children to the Neighborhood Pool" (HoC-NP), "Neighborhood Club Car Mafia Parade and Protection Society"(CCMP&PS) and "Yard Buddy" (YB) in my very sloped NE Atlanta Area yard.

To these ends modifications must be made!
We will need: More seating, more power, more flair, and more elemental protection. We start, here, with an over-all nicely maintained, stock (except for larger tires?) and 100% functional platform...
