What was the problem?
I kept blowing fuses, so in my wisdom, I put in a bigger fuse. That toasted my wiring!
Got the thing fixed on that and still had original problem. A new found friend told me to check my ground wire (10 gauge).
Sure enough, replaced that with a lawnmower ground cable (after cleaning up everything), and the cart came back to life.
