New Batteries Dead Cart

I have a 99 36volt ez go, It was dead, the batteries were 9 years old so i replaced them, it still will not go. I am getting power to the in-side of the solenoid but not on the out. I replaced the solenoid but it is still the same thing. Does it take a special (constant current) solenoid? Do you think the solenoid is the problem or should i look elsewhere. Thanks

We need a little more info about the cart. Is it a Fleet or DCS system? Does the reverse buzzer work? If not check the reed switch.

thanks for the reply, the back up buzzer does work, not sure if it is fleet or dsc, how do i find that out. I do know if you jump across the solenoid the cart will move. thanks brian
