Ok- I have a EZ-GO TXT man. code K200 so I assume it was made in 2000. I put in 6 brand new batteries, charged them up with my new (used) charger- thanks Rod- I drove the cart- It was running just fine, no hills or anything just flat pavement. Went to take off from a stop and it died. The only thing that worked was the reverse buzzer, pushed it home let it sit for a while before I could get back to it and now the solanoid clicks, and reverse buzzer works when you put the cart in reverse even with the key off, put that's it, it dosen't even try to move.
The controller is attached to the passenger side rear fenderwell, black cover, no label, no run-tow switch. the controller is marked Curtis PMC #25864G05. I believe it is a 1206 footprint controller. F\R lever is located behind my right knee.
Wiring is all tight, the battery cables are brand new, nothing looks burnt, nothing was hot or smoking after this happened. Load tested all the batteries and there're all good and pack voltage is good.
Which troubleshooting guide do I use? Or is this an easy fix.(that never happens)

Any help would be appreciated

Check the 4 cable connections at the forward and revere switch. Look for signs of heat on the cables and f/r board.

I checked the switch, it looks fine, nothing burnt. cables look fine no signs of them getting hot. Tightened up the cables on the back of the F\R switch, no change still won't go. I even tried holding the gas pedal down about halfway and carefully worked the F\R switch back and forth, no luck.
What do I check next?

OK- Found the problem, the DPO had changed the cable ends that come off the batteries and go to the controller. Looks like they stuck the wire in the connector and crushed it in vise
