Need More Torque And Oil Change For My Yamaha G14

I am the proud owner of a recently acquired 1995 g14 Yamaha. I am looking for more low end torque so I can get it into the back of my lifted f350. Also i need to change the oil but dont know if there is a filter or where the drain plug is.
What is the first performance mod I should do to it ?

I just aquired a 95 G14 , Look on sponsor page at carts plus and part number DPK101 it is spring set I think it will do the job. I also have a 02 ezgo workhorse and did something kinda like that to it and it helped alot

Ok I changed the governor spring and now cant figre out which way that crazy lil double looped spring goes back on the accelerator cable. Does anyone have any stock pics they can post ? Also I purchased the clutch kit. Can I use a standard puller to remove the sheave ?

Found it. Its called the torsion spring under accelerator. Anyway I went to change the clutch spring today and found the wear pads that ride in the helix cut large grooves in my inner sheave. I ordered a new inner sheave and shoe pads. Hopefully thatll be it. As far as the spring goes I believe I have it on right but the diagram on the pdf is very vague as to where it clips on to.
