I have a 1981 ez-go with a robin engine. the engine has 135 psi compression, spark to the plug from the coil, have fuel to the carb but engine will not start. any ideas?

Maybe a dirty carb? That's about the only thing left if you have spark, fuel and compression...
take the spark plug out and spray some carb cleaner in there put plug it see if cart runs if so you need to really go over the carb good if not try disconnecting exhaust where the 2 pipes meet get about 1/2 inch gap there and try and start it if it runs mufflar is plugged up................................
