Need Help With Club Car Golf Cart Repair

Ok, let me try to explain this without confusing anyone who may be of help. I have a video if I need to send personally of the issue.

I have a 92 gas club car gold cart and need help with repair. Ran great, no issues other than the governor box was cracked and held on to the cart with wire. So after running around last Friday on the golf cart I parked it and decided to swap governor boxes. I did not tamper with anything electrical but simply unbolted everything and put it into the new box. I took a picture before working on anything and have a wiring diagram as well just to make sure everything was put back as it was. Also i should mention I have the cart in service mode and I tested it before tearing into the box and it did start and run in neutral.

So the issue now. Turn the key to the on position. Push the gas pedal down. Micro switches click but no cranking. So the micro kill switch is on bottom and the accelerator is on top to my knowledge and according to wiring diagram. With the gas pedal held down and the arms of the micro switches fallen into the groove of the black plastic cam lobe, dont know technical term, I can manually with my finger push the micro kill switch in, opening the circuit I believe?, and the golf cart will begin to crank over but not start. The moment I let go of the micro switch arm it stops cranking but let's the enginespark and it fires and runs as normal. If I let off the throttle completely so it of course should die it wont start unless I manually trip the kill switch.

I am stumped.

That is pressing the kill switch in and cranking over
