Need a little more speed.

08 club precedent 48v. How can I get 4-5 more mph. I think it is an iq as it engine brakes going down hill at 20-21 mph. Top speed on the flat is 15mph. We are legal here in Fl. at 19.8mph so how do I get a cheap 4-5mph? Thanks.

Any CC dealer can reprogram the controller to get you 19.5mph for about $100.
