For some reason people around these parts like to steal the steering columns off carts.
My 95 gas ezgo was missing one to. :? Anyway this is my 97 EZGO limo with a 350 Workhorse engine in it. I picked this cart up for $300 and had a heck of a time getting it on the trailer but its home now.
I got a chance to look closely at my limo tonight and all I can say is what a nightmare!
I am surprised this thing is holding together at all. The cart might looks good from the outside but the frame is severely rotted. The frame that runs up along th dash is completely rotted through on the passenger side. I dont know if this cart was in a flood or what but the engine is locked up with a lot of liquid in it that isnt oil. The rear end apparently has something broke in it because no matter what gear I put it in the clutch just spins around. This cart is going to be much more of a challenge than I thought. I spent 4 hours tonight trying to move it into my shop so I could tear it down tomorrow and get some pics of the frame. That thing is a pain in the a$$ to move with no steering box and being so long. I better brush up on my welding skills!!!
