This is my latest golf cart project. I decide to leave it stock height for the most part but I am going to make a 2inch lift for the front to level it out and a add a leaf for the rear spring. Its pretty much what I want for now.

Thanks for the kind words guys and a big thanks to Rod for spending time helping me with the picture posting. I bought it not running due to low compression,so I rebuilt the engine and went with a .50mm over piston.Paint job is aerosol can and seats are painted with duplicolor vinyl paint.I put 8x7 negative offsets on the front to equal the track width. This cart is mainly for my wife and daughter. My son cracked the frame on my first carts so Im trying to keep him off of it.

Yeah unfortunately Club Cars are prone to that if they are run hard off road. But around me they are the most common of the "good" carts to find for reasonable prices and we have a huge dealership nearby. This one should be ok for slow riding trails.

lol yea, mines no big deal, when i take the rear body off i'll stick it on the trailor and carry it up to oakwood welding and it'll be just fine. its not really a big deal, its one of the cross supports for the body, i cracked it when i backed over a hidden railroad tie. at the same time i also cracked the rear diff, but the diff works just fine.
Club Cars are pretty sturdy after what i've put the Caroche through in the past im a club car fan.

I got the first pic but it won't let me access the others. It may be a photobucket problem, I'll try again later.

Well I took the cart to my inlaws property up in Cooks Forest,Pennsylvania and it really impressed a few people with its hillclimbing abilities. I put a power spring in the driven clutch and bypassed the governor. A lot of fun and I dont have a thousand dollars in it yet.Out of all the carts ive built so far, I like this one the best. A big-block conversion is in my future plans. Sorry we forgot the camera but pictures dont do it justice.
