Here is my 00 EZGO Workhorse. What a project it has been!! I've never had so much fun building a cart. If I have any say in it this will most definately be the one to keep.

There is still a lot of work to do before its finished but here are some pictures of it so far.

Thanks guys!!

I need to get a bigger battery to power all the extra electronics. That thing came out of a 10hp lawn mower.

Any suggestions for a battery?

I run a marine deep cycle from Wally world. It helps if I have to use the winch while running the lights after dark.

Today I'm going to be busy pulling the engine, cutting the motor mount plate out and welding in a new one. I thought I might be able to get by with how it is stock but the holes are about an inch off causing the belt to wear quickly. I'm not sure, but I think it may also be causing the motor to bog down in higher rpm's.
Wish me luck I'm goin in!

I love my new Lincoln welder. I'm thinking about setting it up to use shielding gas but it does pretty good with flux cored wire.
