my 1986 ezgo 2 cycle has no spark,

my 1986 ezgo , no spark , changed every part with new, help me also how does the pulsar coil work

I would like to know how to test pulser coil &igniter coil,also had starter generator rebuilt,&got wiring schematic and hooked it up but motor turns over slowly untill I take sparkplug out & turns over real fast,but no spark either. it,s a 3wheel ezgo about a 79
