more power

I put some new tires on my g16 now it can use more power.
I made my own lift kit about ( 6") to fit some 24 " tires, now it has no getup and go.
What would help it the best or cheapest motor or controller.

4ga welding cables and a 400 amp Alltrax controller should do the trick. Cost about $600 total.
